Since sep was already installed on my computer I'm not sure if these two technologies are installed with the program and doing my method will just transfer my liceness over, making everything ok. Onto a USB and that's on standby for my new computer. I copy my sylink.xml file from my old computer. So from googling around Iv found how to transfer my sep to my new computer this is what I'm planning to do. my new computer will be on the same home network but I'm unsure if the IP will be the same so I'm assuming that it will be different.
The new computer I'll be transferring my sep into I'm not sure if it will have a different IP address, from googling around there are different methods if the new computer will have the same IP. I'm currently looking to find out how to transfer my Symantec endpoint protection (sep) to another computer with a different ip - here are my questions.
